SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are happy to provide our customers with a variety of shipping options, depending on how quickly you need your equipment.   Orders received before 1PM local time is shipped the same day.  For tracking information, please check your shipment confirmation email, as it will contain your tracking number.

 UPS Ground Shipping

Available for the lower 48 states only.  Saturday and Sunday delivery is available upon customer request for additional charge

 FedEx Ground Shipping

Available for the lower 48 states only, with Saturday delivery available upon request for additional charge.  Transit times will vary depending on your location, but packages can be tracked online where arrival information may be found.

We ship everywhere in the United States online and by phone and to Canada by telephone only for an additional fee, we are pleased to extend shipping options to our customers in both Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee.

After the Money Order has been received and cleared, we will begin to process and ship your order within 24 to 48 hrs.


Our Return Policy

Apply to all of our merchandise.

Refunds are issued, less 20% restocking fee will be charge within 14 days for non defective item and the item must be in its original condition and packaging as when received, must includes all of the belonging items that came with the goods. PLEASE NOTE! (Shipping fee are non refundable in any case, any time). The refund will be made in the form as when pay for the item. If the return item receives in damage condition caused by buyer or by shipping company and (or) if any belonging item that are missing, the refund will not be issue and the item will be sending back on customer expense. For defective item, exchanges are available for the same item and only within the first 30 days after the date of purchase, customer responsible for any return shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for the costs associated with shipping returns, and must call us at 1-770-936-0145 or email us at service@btkaraokestore.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.  This number must be clearly printed on your package.

While not required, it is strongly recommended that you use a shipping option with tracking and select the appropriate amount of insurance.  This will protect you in the event that the shipping carrier misplaces or damages your package.
